Bio.

Hi, I’m Jessica

Founder and creative director of Darcey Floralscapes.

With a background in Opera and theatre, I approach floristry as composition - balancing scale, movement and emotion to create spaces that feel immersive and considered. Years spent performing and studying the stage have shaped my instinct for atmosphere, rhythm and detail; qualities that now guide every design I create.

My work is rooted in seasonality and a deep respect for the natural world, I prioritise sustainable practices and foam-free mechanics wherever possible, sourcing thoughtfully from local growers, my own cutting garden and trusted suppliers when needed. Each floral landscape is  curated with intention - expressive yet restrained, romantic yet architectural.

I believe your wedding should feel personal and atmospheric, not simply styled. The most meaningful designs are born from memory, connection and story - whether that’s a particular bloom, a landscape you love, or a shared moment you wish to echo through the day.

Collaboration sits at the heart of my process. I work closely with couples and artisan makers to create something truly considered - floral design doesn’t just decorate a space, but transforms it.
